you shoulda seen the ladies at City Hall when I walked in with the application and deposit check for the Veterans' Mem. Ctr for the Holiday Meal. They stared in utter revulsion, but asked not one question about my ghastly appearance (you know, the day BEFORE Hallowe'en).

and no, but partial credit for thinking outside the box. You're definitely on the right track.
