LEAST:
#04 - The text appears too washed out, difficult to read (especially the word 'now'). Overall, icon doesn't pop. The colors appear muted, and his face could have been highlighted better to stand out more.

BEST:
#03 - Wow. Can I just say pure sex appeal? Hm, not good enough, is it? I LOVE the crop and the coloring really accents his facial features while keeping detail. While his hair went a wee tad too dark for my liking, I appreciate that I can still see a lot of the strand detail and highlights in the curls.

#3 - Icon is a bit blurry

#1 - Nice colouring and contrast

#01 - The overly blue coloring detracts from the image, it makes him look unnatural.

BEST:
#02 - The crop & coloring are perfect, and I like the extra white light added to the idea of his hair/chin.
