Inspired by Lee Chaos' FB wine dilemma, I think I have solved the "leftover decent wine" problem

While we seem to be in credit wine-wise after almost every party - due to the cunning plan of plying guests with home-brew or Beermine surplus - it most certainly does not sit on the shelf. We have a very efficient method of clearing that shelf space.
You could sponsor a bottle in our house, but you'll be getting that "unfortunatly, it is no longer with us" letter PDQ.

Yeah, this wasn't a problem until we started attending parties hosted by people who had children that didn't sleep through the night. In the case of Masters Tudno-Jones Esquires, I imagine you may be in the lucky position of them quite happily sleeping through the night, the next morning, and most of the afternoon, and probably helping with wine surplus too.
