4: I care more about people than figures on a spreadsheet to be honest, and it's the whole world that's fucked, not just the UK. People dying or becoming ill is more of a concern than debt to me. Regardless of the cost (and I really do mean that) I do not want to live in a world like this.
Not on crack. But I'm aware that discussing this with you is pretty much the equivalent of discussing religion with a fundamentalist Christian. I admire your dogma, I really do. But it bares no resemblance to my personal values.
We live in an 'X factor' society so basically Nick Cleggs' public opinion went up because he was the most highly polished turd on display during the debates. When people found out what his policies entailed (especially when they realised they might not be able to have that second cup of tea during EastEnders because the electricity might run out) his percentage in the polls dropped again

I don't see the Conservatives have any plan to cut the national debt. In fact I think I saw a report that none of the parties have explained how they will pay back all of the debt but out of the 3 the lib dems had policies that currently cover the greatest proportion of the debt.
