I attended a Chili Cook-Off this weekend and was robbed of first place. Ahhh well, I know in my heart that I won. I actually tied for first, but had I voted for myself I would've clearly won and would have received the coveted red and white striped toe socks. Such is life. It was a pretty good weekend. One year I thought I would do the NaNoWriMo, but I forgot about it by the time November came around. I guess you can say that I wasn't prepared! Maybe I should think about it again, even though again, I am not prepared in the slightest.
