Well, Japan was amazing. If you ever have the chance to go, do it!!!

Kyoto was beautiful, and it was one of my favorite places. I love the blend of old Japan and the new Japan. There are old, beautiful temples right next to tall shopping centers.

I am so unbelievably jealous. (Those dessert shops would be the end of me.)

How long were you there?

Haha, the desserts were pretty amazing.

I was there for two and a half weeks, so I got to do a lot of stuff.

The rock thing is fun, but kind of hard cuz there are people standing around everywhere.

It's nice to see you again, too!!!

If you save up, it's not that difficult. :) And it's really easy to get around in Japan w/o speaking a ton of Japanese (there is English everywhere), so you really don't have to go with some expensive tour or anything.

But the flights alone are so expensive... *sigh* I guess I'll have to wait until I graduate and get a proper job, unless I'm one of the lucky ones who get to go to Japan as transfer students... I'm going to try ;)

You could always try in college. There are a lot more opportunities for studying abroad and there are tons of scholarships available. :)

Looks like you had the time of your life. I've always dreamed about going to Tokyo, because I wanted to see the people.
