Life is Complicated

Why must life be so complicated. Why can't I just have fun and not think about the nitty gritty stuff that leaves me cracking my head apart trying to cope and settle. Why can't they be more supportive and not harp on what's done and cannot be undone. Why can't there be longer weekends
