Oh snap system down and we can't pull up any information and don't know when its going to be but yet we are still taking calls. @_@ So not fair. XD If you have Time Warner Cable please don't call :O Or if you need too call till another 30min to an Hour.

Gah! I HATE when that happens!! That used to happen when I worked for Capital One! But... we had 9 systems in my department, and 2 or so would go down... but those were the two that you HAD TO HAVE and the back up system was in DOS!! (who the hell still uses DOS!) Or you had to write out a long ass form, which means calls went into the Q, and you'd have 100 people on hold!!! Which sucks major ass.... ahhh!! >.>;; Hopefully it got all resolved without people blowing up! :D Loves you!

Yeah i know it kinda bites. I mean you can't look up anything at all. @_@ I know they have a back up somewhere but it loads and things are okay but it takes a long time. Yep too many people in Q. At least they turned off this light that let you check how many people were on hold. It was so stressful having to look over and see how many people were waiting.

It worked...... hours after my shift was over XD Loves yea too!
