Why does the very base of my spine hurt? At this point, it's a fairly rhetorical question, because when I woke up before work yesterday, I noticed that the base of my spine felt as if someone had punched it, except no one had. This is new, and displeasing, and also painful

Why don't you try setting an alarm at night so you'll be reminded to take the Welbutrin? My friend does that with her medication, so she doesn't end up forgetting it.
