God DAMN it. Only July, and I'm already straining to ignore various political bullshit all over Facebook. ;_; *cannot say anything in reply: will not change anyone's mind, only embarrass myself and Dad by fighting where everyone can see it; would also hurt a whole lot of feelings for no goddamn reason* It's enough to drive me right back into the ( Read more... )

You know, if LJ is depopulated, it just means we've filtered out most of the stupids and only the best of us have been left here :3

Hehe, but that mofo who magically thought the seats were free was an idiot. Seriously, three hours late? where's the security? what were they let in at all? Why isn't it legal to shoot people who disturb at music events? Don't they know that it goes against the laws of nature? Roll a silencer on and yer ready to go!

*will accept that explanation, too*

It was a lot of mofos. 95% of the balcony seating was in fact a series of risers on which we first sat, then stood as the concert began and it got more and more crowded. Our poor friend Joe was on the end near the gate leading to the nicer reserved seats, so he got to hear every single moron who came in late and demanded to know what they were supposed to do if they couldn't sit up there. -_-

Did the people who reserved those seats eventually show up, or did they just sit there empty tormenting people the entire time?

A generous proportion of the seats remained empty. We were wondering who would reserve them and then just not show up; a likelier explanation is that they were ludicrously expensive and didn't get sold out, leaving seats empty to lure people in and annoy the ushers.
