Was happy with this until I saw it on the screen and realized I have to fix the hairline. Grrrrr! I hate the way I always miss composition and drawing mistakes until I start to lay the colors down.

This is something I started over a year ago, before my life went to shit and I stopped painting for a long time. I've decided to finish it. Mostly because I feel compelled to start painting again, because not painting makes me miserable. Apparently, I have issues with the word "birthday". Not so bad when you write "birtday" on a cake order because you can easily fix it. Not so great when a customer brings a floor cake back to the bakery for you to write on while they wait.
