The interview with the real-estate people yesterday was more like an interrogation and the job description had changed from trainee to "lets throw them in the deep end and see if they can swim" but that's something I'm used too. T'was 3 against 1 and I'm proud to say they didn't rock me at all....I remained calm, confident and articulate. Can't ( Read more... )

Man... I haven't had a job interview in 10 years. I reckon I'd shit in 16 different flavours if i had to face a 3 on 1 interview panel.

Good luck! Though I'm sure that by the end of the week you will have job offers coming out of your ears! ;)

How did you get your last job without an interview? I'm obviously looking in the wrong places. I have to face panels of 3 even for internal positions :'(

hehehe... I had a friend who was working at the company I work for now, who knew I was looking for a job. They really needed someone to start straight away, so I basiacally got the job on the strength of a 5 minute phone conversation and started the next day! Been there ever since...

Best of luck love. I'm always a nervous wreck in interviews and I still usually manage to get a job so if you were calm, confident and articulate then I'm sure it's in the bag.
