Today I went up to Bray Main Street to do some errands. On the way back I splashed out on an ice-cream cone. I was standing at a pedestrian crossing waiting for the lights to change and enjoying my ice-cream when I felt a blow to my elbow: A cyclist had mounted the pavement to get past traffic and ran into me from the inside while going at a fair
