Just a drabble I wrote about Kangteuk and glasses. It's very short, so enjoy~
“Yah! Hurry up! We’re late.”
“I’m coming, I’m coming.”
Leeteuk made his quickest steps to get to the-already-so-pissed-off Heechul.
“Alright, I’m ready. Let’s go. Gosh, I HATE morning schedule.”
“Oh!” Heechul abruptly stopped as he saw a figure there.
“Morning, hyung.”
Leeteuk peeked through Heechul’s shoulder to see what happened.
“Kangin-ah? What are you doing here? Why you don’t sleep?”
“Well, I slept. I just got woken up and couldn’t sleep anymore. But I’m going to sleep again soon.”
Leeteuk nodded. It was dark but Leeteuk still could slightly see that Kangin was wearing glasses. It was not usual for Kangin to wear glasses. Yet, Leeteuk really loved it when he wore it.
“Have I told you before that you look better with glasses?”
For a moment, he could swear Kangin froze.
“Well.. Uh.. No. But.. Uh.. Well.. Th.. Thanks, hyung.”
“You’re welcome. Really, I like it when you wear glasses.”
“Uh.. Yeah.. I... Well…”
“Alright, alright. You said it already. Let’s go now, we’re late.” Heechul snorted and dragged Leeteuk away. “See you later, Kangin”
“What’s wrong with Kangin? It’s the first time I saw him losing words.”
“Tch, that’s obvious.”
“What?”
“Forget it. You’re just too dense.”
Leeteuk was sitting in the kitchen and having a cup of coffee after his long and tiring day. He heard some footsteps were coming closer and turned to see who it was. It was Kangin.
“Hello, Hyung.”
“Hey~ You have schedule at night?”
“Yeah.” He said as he got himself a cup of coffee.
Leeteuk took a better look of him and frowned a bit.
“Is that… Are you wearing glasses?”
“Huh? Oh.. This..” he scratched the back of his head as he said in a very low voice. “I thought you said you like it when I wear glasses..”
Leeteuk couldn’t help but giggled at this. He had never seen Kangin acted like this before. Quite cute for the Korean no.1 handsome guy.
“I can’t believe you’re taking it seriously. But yeah, you really do look better.”
Kangin smiled.
“I got to go. See you later, hyung.” He put his coffee cup in the sink and rushed outside. Just when he was about to rush outside, Heechul walked into the kitchen.
“Oh, hyung. See you later.”
Heechul nodded and Leeteuk waved. After Kangin left, he had a feeling that Heechul was staring at him for a while.
“What?”
“Dense.”
