I read it, but the thing is I don't really understand how it's disrespectful. I can understand maybe if it were bloody/gore-related because that's a bit much, but I'm not drawing or posting it for the page views or god-forbid for my portfolio. It's to try to get people to donate money in order to help the victims of the disaster recover safely. I guess what I'm getting at is I don't see how it's "imprudent". I'm terribly sorry if I offended people, but that certainly wasn't my intention and I definitely wasn't trying to make a joke out of the situation. (who would??)
According to the guidelines enumerated in the above link, then wouldn't that mean that almost all hetalia fanart/fanfic out there can be dubbed as "imprudent" and offensive? I'm not trying to start a fight. I'm just confused by the new rules?

I'm sure you don't have any ill intentions with that fanart, but it's very upsetting and disrespectful.
