[Y! Except this superhero isn't exactly sure he wanted to see his spectacle. Hope Takano doesn't mind seeing a giant, flying beetle-like guy hovering over her garden.]

[Actually, aside from freaking her out a little, she finds that fascinating. When said beetle-like guy comes hovering by, she'll look up at him, fairly surprised. In front of her looks to be the result of simply digging in the dirt, but ... it almost looks like there's flesh and blood underneath said dirt.

I'm a superhero. It's all part of the job.

[He doesn't catch what's under the dirt - not immediately, anyway - until he inspects the dirt closer. Physically reeling back, he stares from the dirt to her again before slowly folding his arms.] Now I think the question is... what were you doing?

[occultnurse]

A ... superhero? [What. She'd be less inclined to believe him if he weren't hovering around (literally), but that kind of entrance gives her little to no choice.

Regardless, at his question, she looks down at her work, then back up to him with a small smile.] Ah, I guess this looks suspicious, doesn't it? Hee hee hee ... It's nothing to worry about. I was simply ... digging around, and it seems I hit something underneath!

[Suddenly! There is a platypus sitting next to her. It doesn't seem to be paying any particular attention to Takano, its glazed eyes staring blankly ahead. Still, there's something suspicious about how a usually slow animal could suddenly pop up next to her like that.]

Ah-- [What. When the hell did this thing get here. Staring ...] ... A ... platypus? [... She's not sure. Not only has she never seen one up close, but she specializes in viruses, pathogens, and bacteria, not animals.]

[The platypus doesn't respond. He just stands there. Takano may notice that his gaze is moving towards the red ground.]

[Notice this she does! She follows its gaze to see where it's looking and ... yep, right where she figured it might look.]
