I appreciate all your comments on that last post; they meant a lot. :) I thought I'd post today and say that I'm doing better now. It might be a temporary thing (actually it probably is) but I have The Baseballs' album Strike and I'm getting stuff packed and I've refilled my T prescription and I have more money in the bank than I thought I did and

SERIOUSLY. YOUR TIMING. I CANNOT GET OVER THIS. That said, you're missing hellish heat and weird storms out here, so it's probably better for you.

And, yeah, missing Santa Cruz. Been doing that a lot myself, lately. One finds, however, that home can be anywhere. Home can be a smelly van on an interstate, home can be that truck stop where the nice man fixed my tire for free, home can be a bench in Central Park. Home is quantum, can exist in a lot of places at once, is fancy like that.

Thing I currently miss most about SC, though, besides the folks? SANE. GODDAMN. WEATHER.
