Tezuka: You are showing an 18 percent improvment in your mixing skills from the last time I witnessed your technique. A few more lessons and you should be at least 80 percent improved. You're skilled enough in memorizing recipes and amounts

I'm not really allowed to drink on the job, but I can agree that if you're friendly then people will drink more!

I always get a lot of orders when I'm in a good mood. :D

80 percent is actually a high percentage. It's nearly a doubled improvement, and you do not simply improve overnight.

The more you exercise your skills the more you will improve. Improvement is cumulative based upon effort and use.

I did not mean to imply that you were unsuccessful at your job. I simply meant to offer advice in the case that you wished to improve upon what you are already doing. It's not imperative that you do so, simply helpful.
