(Sorry it's Gaeilge in the subject line and not Gàidhlig or Scots, but I could barely summon the clear thought to be sure of writing in English, so. ;-)

No, that would be Béarlachas. Or Hiberno-English, depending on which direction it's it's going.
There are very few occasions on which I'd write (in English) "Gaeilge" instead of "Irish", but once I'd written "Gàidhlig" it just didn't look right.
I'd usually say "lá breithe" rather than "breithlá", but both seem to be legitimate choices--if breithlá is Béarlachas, it's common enough.
