In amidst all of the (rather heavy!) H/Hr hints and such I had to grin at Angelina's fly-by, warning our heroes of the approach of the gossip queens of Gryffindor House. :-)
The mirror of erised is always a good source of H/Hr potential, but I thought Hermione was a bit dim in not working it out pretty quickly; the reverse-wording was inscribed at the very top of the mirror, wasn't it? Well, maybe she *had* worked it out but just wanted to hold Harry's hand longer. Yeah, that's it. :-)
After reading this I'm a bit peeved that Rowling didn't have oh-this-is-nice thoughts from Harry when he was traipsing around under the cloak with Hermione, even at an older age. Maybe it was canon!Won Won who was thinking such things. Ugh.
The circumlocutious chat from all parties about '.... going barefoot' - complete with pauses - was a giggle. :-)

Of course she wanted to hold Harry's hand as long as possible!
And my own suspicion is that she was far too interested in what she saw in the mirror (and in the boy sat beside her as well) to pay any attention to what was written round the edge of the frame. :-)
"Writing? Mm, Harry practising his penmanship on the skin of my back with a delicate little crow quill... Oh! Now he's got a brush! Oh, that must be a lovely tickle! Wait, I didn't say that. What, there's writing on the frame? Really? Are you sure? Hm, that's odd. It must have only just appeared. Yes, that's the ticket."
