Can I pass this story along? My mom is a professional baker who often has to deal with people's allergies and another friend runs a cooking school and will appreciate the tale of outstanding customer service.

Yes, they're the fanciest place in Hanover, which you need to remember is often populated by old (rich) Dartmouth alums. So it's in the middle of nowhere New Hampshire, but it's kind of like its own city state, like Venice, but colder.
