[WHERE]: Starts in front of the apartment buildings, but will be heading to the train tunnel as soon as people have joined her.

[WHAT]: Hungary is a woman of action. She is going to investigate the heck out of that tunnel. Since I have no idea what is in the tunnel, I have no idea what else will get done.
Hungary had just spent the last hour gearing up to investigate the mysterious broadcast in the train tunnel. She had her trusty frying pan, a first aid kit from her last foray into town, and even extra red tape, courtesy of a generous donation. She'd really have to thank that guy later. Hungary had been here long enough to appreciate just how valuable the tape was.
So, now she was waiting in front of the apartment building. In about ten minutes, she was going to head out. On her own, if no one else showed up.
"Hmm....looks like I might be on my own after all..."
