"I think that looking back on these years, most of us will realize how insignificant they were and how young we were, but how we will still miss the times and the people; and if they too remember, then perhaps these four years haven't just been echoic interjections long since burnt up like flash-paper."

I can only hope that statement will ring true. I don't like to think that so much of this time has just been wasted.
