A weekend away was supposed to help me make up my mind on continuing to playing music, and in the end, it made it so that the rest of my band "wanted to go different ways and do something different" - yet with one another, minus me. Nice to know that I can fuck things up once again, all by opening my mouth

don't completely throw away what you love to do out of depression. keep something around for if you do decide to play again, for fun or in a band. i've thrown a lot of shit away out of apathy while depressed, things that i used to love. and then when i'm not as depressed, it's like fuck.

i'm glad you're giving a therapist a shot. i hope it goes well.
