I think Yukimura thanking Sanada pretty much redeemed the chapter for me, even if he didn't say it out loud. :P And, on a more superficial level, the moment where his headband got knocked flying was kind of cool, too.

I did like that he thanked Sanada, yeah (even if, as you said, he didn't say it out loud). Overall, despite the higher score/lack of closure thing, I do think the match was handled well, which I'm glad for.
And I agree that the moment where his headband fell off was pretty cool, visually. I also kind of liked the way the black aura of d00m was drawn, and hope that it brings some more development for Sanada.

I'm behind in the New Pot chapters. I left where they were going to split up the doubles pairs. Now, I don't like what's happening, so I might not continue reading it.
