Not actually that interesting

Hey all, I know you haven't heard from me in a long while, so I'm updating. Got nothing to say, though. I'm at "home" in San Francisco, putting off shopping to the very very very last minute.
I should be drawing...
Oh, I remembered what I had to say:
Come to JTAF this weekend!!!

Please?

I was starving. I had three menu options:

Rice
Vegetable Broth
Cream of Mushroom Soup

Rice sounded like a good idea so I boiled some water our tiny saucepan and put some rice in. Unfortunately, I put in too much (or not enough water) and before I knew it, my rice was burning. I salvaged the good rice. Most of it was intact, though horribly undercooked. So I put it in a bowl with some water in the microwave hoping to fix it. It went through a few runs in the microwave but came out soupy every time.

I decided to make it into a soup, or at least a porridgey sort of thing. I whipped up half a can of cream of mushroom soup, hoping to make the kind of stuff I've had at Matt's apartment twice now. That stuff is white. My soup came out brown. WTF?

Aaaaah. You're supposed to use milk, not water.

Oh well, too late now, and besides, we didn't have any milk. I poured my brown watersoup into the rice and sat down to eat. It was decent, but rather bland. I put in some Thai peanut sauce- unfortunately way too much. It was painfully spicy. So I chucked in a goodly amount of vegetable broth. It was too mild again, so I put in some tabasco and pepper and now I'm eating it.

I don't really recommend it.
