moderately urgent announcement

It is UNCERTAIN whether Irene is going to the Green Day concert with us. Grr. Talk about last minute. IF (NOTE: IF!) she can't make it, is there anyone else free today from 4:30pm until very very late at night who would like to come?

Irene may very well have not forgotten. So don't get TOO excited.

I always update in sort of chunks of close-together entries, and then I fade into the background again.
Anyway.

Today: took down my website to redesign it. Who KNOWS how long that'll take.
