The Humph and Lee Harvey Oswald were in eastern europe, and were using an old nuclear missile launch site (from a USSR satellite) to blackmail the U.S. into something or other.
I had ended up there because I was on the run from Silver Fangs after having been abducted by skinhead motorcycle gang Get, transported via moonbridge from the U.S. to some shithole Eastern Europe country, and sold to the SFs for protection. I found the Humph while crossing the border and tagged along with him and Lee Harvey because they seemed to know how to get around.
When the Humph decided he was going to nuke some innocent third world nation because they "weren't americans, so they don't matter", I decided my character had to do something to stop him.
Despite the fact that I had only one permanent Rage point, didn't know I was a werewolf yet, and had no Gnosis score.
