Faking not being able to speeka creer ingrish to try and get what you want is low; i'd probly mention that the faking has been marked on the chart and noted in your rollodex, when they come in to the office on thursday. I'd also say it with a smile. It's acts like that which make me lose any respect i may have had for asian immigrants.
