i'm just venting because i worked ladies nights and this one ladies night... it was fucking ridiculous.

the WHOLE BAR was filled with women. and ALL OF THEM i tell u were asking for apple martinis, mango martinis, peach, strawberry, french martini, whatever.. cosmos.. not even sex on the beach cause at least those u dont have to mix. its aggravating cause im the only one at the bar and plus ive got 2 waitresses waiting for drinks for me to make. its ridiculous. i WOOOOORRKKEDDD my ass off making those drinks and they dont have to pay so you would figure they would try to make it up. Those fucking bitches saw that I was stressed out yet I remembered each and every drink they fucking ordered and made it anyway without asking them to change it to something else cause it was just too busy. You know? I dont fucking deserve that shit. I give good fucking service those fucking whores and it aint like theyre poor or ghetto or anything.. they look decent n shit. ugh!

not that i know from bartending experience but it's kinda similar to when i used to work retail and these bitches would leave everything in fitting rooms, mess up racks... just make a complete mess of everything and i would get soo pissed.

they're just like that because they probably don't know what it's like to work behind the bar. whenever i go to a store, i try my best to put clothes that i don't want back myself, unless their customer service is just pure crap.

I never assume people will give me a bad tip and I give good service regardless unless they cross certain lines. This is a generalization and I don't ignore women at the bar, I try to kill em with kindness because I treat everyone equally and just treat the regulars a lil better. Bad tippers will still be bad tippers regardless of the bartender's treatment.

Guy bartenders do the same thing to women in other bars it's not just female bartenders but I see it done to me and I totally know why but when I get my drink finally, I tip well cause I know how it is to have to be back there. So the next time I get a drink again they'll remember my face and pay more attention.

Female bartenders in my opinion have treated me better in city bars.. I dont know why it should be opposite hahaha but yea everytime they make me wait I do the exact opposite n tip well to shut em up for prejudging me.
