To be honest, I've had an absolutely stupid week. Homecoming stuff is fun, but this week has been completely devoid of any sort of downtime where I felt like there was nothing else I should be doing. Try using Kodak 100. It's cheaper (I think it's $5.00 a roll here rather than $8-10 for 400), and the pictures aren't as gritty. For whatever reason 400 is always supper gritty. I took a lot of my New York photos with it and I'm hoping they aren't ruined.

I'd recommend learning how to develop your own film and finding a dark room on a local campus. It takes some time, but it's really sastifying being able to control the chemicals, etc. Hell, I could give you a lesson down here sometime. I'm so glad you've taken up photography. Just, too cool!
