Hun, I feel the same exact way you do. I started to resent the fact that some of my friends were so indifferent and passive towards my friendship with them, but then I eventually realized not everybody has the same ideals about friendship...not to say that those other people don't care at all or know nothing about friendship. I'm just saying that they do care but in their own way. Perhaps this isn't making any sense, but we can't always expect others to reach our own expectations. You know? But yeh, no worries deary...your friends may get all flakey but they will undoubtedly be around for quite along time.

welcome to my world. now you know how i feel when my friends (same ones you have) do that to me. i'm sure they didn't mean for you to sit there for 5 hours in the block lot. i told you i would meet you there if you wanted me to. it's not like i had anything else going on. it's not like they even thought to invite me to disneyland. i mean they knew i was working i guess but they never ever call me or anything. at least they actually invited you. sometimes i wonder if i even have any real friends. i think that's the one thing that's lacking in my life. real friends and a real family. but i do consider you a real friend and you know i'm here for you when you need me.
