This is the beta-readers sign up post! Writers, as you know, you have to have your story beta'd for the final deadline. In this challenge, it is not only the quantity (5,000 words) that matters but also the quality.

For beta-readers, you may want to read the guidelines and timeline before you offer your help. It will help you to acquaint yourself

Preferred name: Perola
Profile: I'm good at checking consistency in characterization and in checking for plot holes. I can also see blatant mistakes in grammar but it isn't my forte.
Amount of fic willing to beta: up to three stories
Restrictions: For rating anything up to R in violence/language/etc.
Past beta experience/other relevant experience: All my previous beta reading experience has been with original fiction.

Profile: I'll read just about anything, and I usually look out for grammar, spelling, the technical aspects, and fact checking, etcetera. Pacing and plot development are also things that are higher up on my list.
Amount of fic willing to beta: 2
Restrictions: Please no songfics or smut. I can't really beta either of those two well.
Past beta experience/other relevant experience: I've been beta-reading some fics for other fandoms (specifically helping with translation from Bahasa Indonesia to English for one person, correcting the word choice for the other person), and a friend in RL has me as her beta for her original work.
