[announcement] New Deadlines (again)
Thank you for everyone who have voted in the poll. I am here to announce the new deadline for the second draft (writers) and WIP deadline (artist).
New Deadlines
Writers-Second Draft Submission:
August 21st 2010, Midnight PST.
Submit it with this format attached to the body of your email and inside the file:
LJ Username:
Word count:
Title:
Character(s):
Pairing(s):
Rating:
Warning:
Summary:
Write the email subject with this format:
[your LJ username] story title
Write the name of your draft file using this format:
[draft 2] username-title
Attach the file only using these file extension:
.doc, .rtf, or .txt
Send it to:
aph(dot)minibang(at)gmail(dot)com
Remember to also send it to your respective artist.
Artist-WIP Submission:
September 11th 2010, Midnight PST
Write the email subject with this format:
[your LJ username] WIP-Title of the story
Attach the pictures using only one of these file extension:
.png, .jpg, .jepg, or .gif
Image size:
max. 500 pixels x 500 pixels
(if your image’s original size is larger than that, resize it for this submission only)
Send it to:
aph(dot)minibang(at)gmail(dot)com
Remember to also send it to your writer.
This is not an exchange, you may show your writer how you're going with the illustrations.
Final Deadline:
September 30th 2010, Midnight PST
Some notes:
For writers:
1. The second draft must be a finished story.
2. It does not have to be the final version, you may edit it later.
3. It does not have to be beta'd or html tags embedded.
4. If you want to send us your finalised story, remember to tell us the file you send is for the final submission.
For artists:
1. You may submit your sketches/doodles/unfinished illustrations
2. It does not need to be a finished piece.
3. If you want to send us your finished arts, remember to tell us the file you send is for the final submission.
FOR EVERYONE:
Please make sure you have added our aph(dot)minibang(at)gmail(dot)com email account to your contact to avoid the emails we send get caught in your spam box. And please be sure to check this community every now and then to stay updated.
We don't ask you to be a member or watch the comm., we just don't want you to not know any updates we have only because you don't read the email we send or checking the comm.
And the most important thing; contact your respective partner if you haven't already. I'd be surprised if you haven't reach your partner by now, though. Tell us if you cannot reach them.
Any request for extension must be asked 3 days before the deadline.
