[retracts his hand and gives a nod to the driver as thanks for the ride]

Alright, we're on the second floor a-and I hope you don't mind it's a one bedroom apartment. That's all that was available, but if you have any problems, the couch does fold out into a bed and I have no problems about sleeping on that and you can sleep on the bed and you can have plenty of room...

[takes her shoes off and puts on some slippers]

A-and I don't mind sleeping on the couch if you didn't want to sha-- i-if you wanted more room to sleep!

[takes off his shoes, leaving them next to hers, and takes the bag back to the couch]

[unzips it to dig something out]

[fixes two cups of tea and pulls out two jars of preserves]

[takes them into the living room]

[he's put a nicely cut suit - pants, coat, shirt, and tie all folded up properly - on the black storage space under the television. Tucked inside the jacket are five silk scarves. A handwritten note is on top of the first that reads: İyiki doğdun, çiçeğim - Happy Birthday, my flower]
