Well, there was that time I stayed behind after an Allies meeting, he was giggling like a little girl and waving his hands around and talkin' to the air and I still don't know what was going on with him...

Oh, and at Italy's house he tried to blend in by doing up his hair all nice and dressing all fancy! And he got dragged off by Germany because the ladies didn't like him enough so I had to come get him! Can you even imagine?! Ha ha ha!

And I swear I see him around sometimes dressed up like a girly angel with wings and a doofy wand. I dunno if I'm imagining it--
