Well, I do have a good deal of historical and cultural ties with the Nordics, and some people disproved the tri-color flag thinking it'd make me look too post-Soviet or Eastern European... none the less, the idea was never taken on.

But don't worry, with all those cheap ferries and cheap alcohol you're gonna trick them all to come to you and then when they least expect it being all drunk you can get them to sign your membership papers for you~

That's crazy! Even if I wanted some sort of official recognition, which I do not, thank you very much, I'm happy being what I am, I certainly wouldn't go about it in that fashion!

Speaking of ferries though. Here in Sweden the ads to visit you always ends with; "Estonia - a happy surprise.

There's nothing wrong with admiring your best friend is there? I'm sure he's a bit sad you hang out so much more with the Nordics and not as much with the Baltics now more.
