...just wanted to make sure.

[small stand, with hose still running- and has it spraying cold water all over your face, sits back in another chair, waiting]

[jumps at first]

Hmph.

I don't mind at all.

[stares at you]

Ahhh... [opens mouth to get some in mouth] This is refreshing. [shakes head a bit] And cold water feels soooo nice.

[smiles at you, and walks out of the room]

[Comes back in a set of dry clothing with long sleeves, and turns down the meme thermostat. Resumes reading]

[fidgets]

That's... that's cheating, you turned the temperature down!

Anon...I want you to think of what happens after you spray someone with a hose- do you think they have the always have the ability to change right after? Or...is it possible they are left to shiver, and may catch a cold?

[starting to get cold]

... it's not the same thing! You turned it to be colder than it normally is! They won't catch a cold if the temperature's normal...

But is the temperature in the meme always normal, anon? And what if they have a long way to go before they reach their destination? That water, slowly drying..

[moves hose to where it is spraying over your body]

..and underwear soaked too?

Most of the time it is! And just 'cause they get wet doesn't mean they'll get a cold.

[shifts and fidgets]

And - and I don't spray them everywhere!

But do you make consideration of where they are sprayed then?

You sprayed me first in the face and then the chest- I wonder where you would have decided next...

[the cold water continues to run over you]

There's a - there's a difference in just spraying someone with a hose and... aiming, like you are!

[pulls against the cuffs]

Why would I want to spray you... wherever it is I think you're implying?

anonymous October 20 2009, 07:39:26 UTC
And there is a difference between accidentally spraying someone and deliberately doing so, no? ...we have met, anon before, have we not?

[runs the hose back over your face before turning off the water]

[looks at you patiently, dripping wet]

Of course there's a difference... ... m-maybe.

[shivers a bit]
