No, I do have free time. I re-arranged my schedule. But of course you are still very welcome to help with the planning. We could do that at the picnic if you don't mind; combining these activities could save us several hours.
I will make sandwiches and bring apples and grapes... is there anything you can't or won't eat?

Ah, I'm glad! I'd be worried if you didn't have any free time at all. And planning at the picnic sounds like a great idea, it would really save some time.
Don't worry, I'll eat almost everything! Except for Brussels sprout, but they wouldn't be any good in a picnic anyway.
