part 75 likes raindrops on roses

Nov 03, 2009 21:01

Hello! I hope you're having a nice day or night or morning or uhh any other time of the day it might be! It's getting pretty cold where I am now, so I'm snuggled into blankets most of the time... man, I miss summer. At least winter looks nicer, with the snow.

Anyway! Enjoy part 75!

Seeing how I have some spare time right now I thought there might be some unresolved problems within our community. Feel free to voice any concerns you may have and I will try to help you to the best of my abilities.

[shifts nervously; hopes nobody will ask for love advice]

Do you want them to get away from it in order for them to pay attention to you instead? If so I find that quite understandable. Hm, I'd suggest you come up with an alternative activity for all of you to partake in and simply suggest it to them, also explaining why it would be important to you.

No! I need the TV so I can play Call of Duty and shoot dudes!

Qichi, you're not allowed to want to shoot virtual dudes unless you have a penis. You should know that by now.

Uh.

Well, then why don't you propose to split the time? That TV is common property after all; you have as much of a right to use it as they do.
Or are you a capitalist family? I'm afraid in this case I won't be able to help you.

If that TV is the only one you can play on I really think they should let you do so and watch their series or movie on one of the others. Good luck in persuading them; I hope they will understand your point.

Three TVS... it's even worse than I thought with all the entertainment consumption.

[Aaand here we go!]

I will need some more information. Have you actually interacted with them yet? If so, how has it been going? Are you under the impression that they enjoyed your conversations?

Totally didn't pick that problem deliberately. Nope.

I've talked to them a very, very little bit. They seemed to be relaxed; nothing momentous occurred. I also talked to them logged-in once, which went rather badly and briefly, since I failed to communicate clearly, resulting in misunderstanding and awkwardness.

[Just don't go after me is the advice results in fail! ;3;]

Hm. I can relate.

If I were in your place I'd continue to talk with them anonymously. It seems like talking to them with your name attached makes you too nervous at this stage, and this might lead to them getting alienated from you. You should probably best work up a certain level of confidence as an anon and then switch to de-anoning.

Doitsu-san, I am afraid that I might be on love with something that is not 2D.

Wh-what should I do, Doitsu-san? I am lost.

Ah, first of all please try to stay calm!

You mean you fell in love with an actual person? Have you spoken talked to them yet? About anything, I mean?

I am sorry to say that I have been avoiding them for quite some time now. Then again, it is not very hard to, seeing as how they are never... around when I am.

Ah.

Please forget everything I have said, Doitsu-san. I think I will hide inside my room for... another 200 years.
