It was going to be titled after the pumpkin shortage, but, I can't handle that many shortages so I'm pretending like that isn't happening. Especially around the US Thanksgiving, too... ;3; Pumpkin, noooo. Well. Anyway!
Enjoy part 83! :)

You just have to start some campaigns to make building a family more attractive for your people again. You will not die, so stop crying already!

[only now realizes just how long he hasn't seen Italy, gets somewhat worried if he has been alright]
And as if missing fashion week was the worst--
[notices that Italy blew his nose into his jacket]
...
I liked this suit, you know.
[sighs, pat Italy's head while trying to retrieve his scattered papers]

Italien, you. will. not. die. Your people are more than numerous enough to last for longer than...
[comes to remember that a rational approach probably won't make any difference]
...
Look, I... I won't let you die. Alright?
Now will you calm down?!

That's right, I won't. Now will you let me try to bring order into this meeting?
...

If you... if you want to, we can have dinner together after the meeting. Maybe with our brothers, or perhaps some other Italiens and Deutschlands.
[makes it a point to look especially stern, unconsciously tugging on his sleeves a bit]

Your suits gotten all gross though so you'd better put on a new one. Do you like Armani, Germany?

Not now, after the meeting! If you are hungry now, just try not to think of it... think of, I don't know, your paintings instead!
[looks at his ruined suit sleeve with a slightly disgusted expression, sighs]
Armani? I guess they make nice suits, but it really doesn't have to be so expensive... I think I will just buy one on sale. Österreich would only get angry if he saw he walking around in a designer suit and I really don't need any neighbourly bickering on top of everything else right now.

[decides not to think about it too much]
Well, it's a nice suit.

[looks at Italy's happy hopeful face, clueless as to what he's expecting]

Wait, do you want me to try it on right here and now?! We are in a meeting, Italien!
