Frankreich! H-happy New Year! How have you been, did you have a nice celebration?

[embraces her clumsily]

OOC: Due to anon's dare I'm not one anymore! \o/ But I, I just tried to be ~historically accurate~ and... man, I'm so nervous to be on the meme, even though I was just away for two weeks. ;_; I don't even

Yes, I did! I went across the Atlantic to spend time with Canada, that sweet girl. And you? Did you spend it with Prusse?

[adjusts so that they're standing more comfortably]

[suppresses a groan at the memories of Christmas]

Yes, with about three of them. But the number fluctuated as some of them left and others stopped by to grab some food... well, you can guess who did all the dishes in the end.

[decides against mentioning the burning tree, little Prussia's stomach ache and subsequent hour-long crying and whatever else disasters took place]

By the way, I'm sorry I never took you ice skating, but you know how busy our schedules can suddenly get...

It is fine! I have been keeping myself--busy. You may make it up to me in some other way.

Also! I will have you know that in your absence, Canada has been, ah, cured.

I will try, but there is much work waiting for me-- and for you as well, I am sure.

Oh, so the exorcism was a success? That's good to hear. Has he been feeling well ever since?

Ah non. I meant that you may make it up to me.

That is--yes, it was successful. But there is something I must tell you, Allemagne. You will not like it.

Uh... yes. I will try.

[frowns worriedly]

What is the matter? You can tell me anything.

Perhaps we should sit down first?

[starts panicking inwardly]

Yes, if you think this would be better.

[looks for a secluded little space, takes her hand and leads her to a quiet lounge, sits down]

Now... what is bothering you? Is.. is this about the pipeline?

[restlessly entwines his fingers]

Non, non. That is not it. But before I say anything, you must promise me that you will not be upset with me.

I don't think I can promise you that, depending on what it is. But I promise that I will try to stay calm.

Well, ah. [takes a deep breath] You must understand, having dealt with him, that the communist Canada is quite--difficult. A difficult boy. So, when I went to broach the idea of the exorcism to him, he was resistant. I had to make a certain sacrifice so that he would agree.

[bites her lip and indicates her body]

I think you can imagine what this was.

[sits stiffly and waits for his reaction]

[looks her up and down, not getting any clue]

...

Did they have to use your blood in the ritual? Were you injured? I'm not sure I understand...

fillegentille January 3 2010, 01:20:04 UTC
[clenches her fists tightly] I was not injured badly--but in order to get the communist side to agree to the ritual, I had to make l--fuck him. He wanted me to "become one" with him, but that is where I drew the line.

[stiffens considerably, stopping his nervous hand movements]

...

Th-they-- they let him--

How could the others--

[pulls his hair back with both hands and sighs deeply, trying hard not to rage and yell]

[speaks on in a strained voice]

Why did nobody prevent that? Surely they would have been another possibility! Why did you have to go through that? Frankreich...

[reaches out for her hand, attempting to keep calm]
