Japan...

[stares for a while at your strange attire]

Hello.

Hello, England-san.

[ pulls the blanket closer ] How are you?

I'm very well, thank you.

[gives you a small nod of his head]

And you? What's this, new fashion trend at your place?

[points at the blanket]

Please pay no mind to it. I was dared to go shirtless for a while. I like to think I have better fashion sense than this.

Of course. I-I didn't mean to imply anything about your fashion sense, I just thought...

[Rubs his hands together nervously and shifts from foot to foot]

I, er, didn't think you were the type for dares. Shirtless, eh?

[stares blankly at a point just over your shoulder]

How strange.

It was an experiment of sorts. As expected, I do not get many dares, thus I do not have to worry when I offer myself for them.

[ tries to follow his gaze and looks behind himself ]

...?

Yes, I see, very clever.

[scratches the back of his neck and furrows his brow]

But, ah, if you don't want dares, why offer yourself at all?

[quirks one eyebrow]

[ thinks about this for a moment... ]

I suppose I was bored. It is a game, after all, though I was under the impression that it was played differently.

If you're as trapped here as I am, that's understandable.

[takes his jacket off and offers it to you, avoiding looking at you at any point in the process]

Here. Can't be that comfortable, in a blanket. N-not that I care how comfortable you are! I'm too hot, in fact, so I'm giving you my jacket for completely selfish reasons, just so we're clear!

...how did you think the game was played?

[tries to look cool and laid back]

[ he was going to refuse you, but since you went through so much effort-- ]

... arigatou gozaimasu, England-san. I am very grateful for your help. [ bows before taking the jacket and slipping it on ]

Ah, is it not something like... you offer yourself for the game and someone asks you whether or not you would like to pick truth or dare? Certainly, it would be a lot safer to play this way. I do not mean to discriminate, but it would allow me to know who exactly will be providing the questions and tasks at hand.

It's nothing, really.

[holds up a hand and waves it, as if to brush away your gratitude]

Sounds sensible to me. I wouldn't want to put myself in the hands of someone I didn't know, either. At least with people you know, it's predictable. Not that I have time for childish games anyway.

[slight pause while he thinks about what he said, then he smacks himself lightly on the forehead]

And neither do you, normally, I'm sure!

[ laughs lightly ]

Do not worry. Like I said, I was looking to entertain myself.

But I suppose their current method cuts down on the extra steps. Perhaps people do not have the patience to ask.

[scowls and turns away, his face turning pink]

I wasn't worrying! I don't worry, ever, at all.

[strokes his chin, thoughtfully]

They seem quite lax in general here- quite happy to go up to strangers and pester them for hugs, or do violence to them. It's very strange. Maybe that's why? They have no sense of shame.

Of course. My apologies then.

While most of them are quite shameless, there are many friendly anonymous as well. But they seem to be fewer in number.
