Is it the 22nd or 21st that's the first day of fall, at least in the US? Hmm... well, close enough for me - happy fall... to... some of us! I think it's my favorite season. Then again I like every reason. But something about the romance~ of fall, changing leaves crunching under your boots, chilly breezes, shakes that taste like pumpkin... magical

It's difficult to pick a "favourite"; relations between countries have many facets to them after all. But generally I enjoy working together with Schweden; he is very reasonable. Finnland, too. England is a good partner for projects as well, and I have always been close to Österreich. The Baltic states and BeNeLux are also agreeable to negotiate and plan things with, but I don't feel quite as close to the former especially.
