My Dad found out Canada was the second biggest country in the world via the internet and he actually said 'WOW' outloud.

Me: What?
Dad: Did you know what the second biggest country in the world is?
Me: Canada?
Dad:...You saw over my shoulder, didn't you?
Me:...No I just knew.
Dad: Wow I would never have thought that!!. I think of Canada as a pretty small place.
Dad: Hey (step-mum's name here) what do you think the second biggest country would be?
Step-Mum: Australia?

Me: Mum what do you think the second biggest country in the world is?
Mum: Australia?

(for some reason everyone I ask thinks Australia orz, not just those two)
