Do you think the 003-asjkdlhfsdg number means anything? I mean, I know it's prefrancia's death report, but it might be a subtle clue? On the list of players, Badtouch!anon is the third player on the list.

Of course, there are other anons but we have no information as to WHICH anon. That said, I don't believe an anon to be a "bigger" or "more powerful" entity, so the past clue can be taken into account. One suspect is bigger and more powerful than an anon, thus I still suspect a nation.
