Well, Turkey's profile said he likes sweet things and entertaining tourists, so I ran with that. I figured Anons would kind of be the equivalent to tourists, so he loves talking to them and being friendly.

Other than that, I've got my hands on a Turkey travel guide that has a lot of little cultural things that I try to incorporate and a Turkish history book to get a feel for his past. I also try to watch other Turkey RPers to see what they do as well.

And I was just about to add on - I took a look at the bilateral relations pages from Turkey's foreign relations website, too. It's helped a lot, especially with Ukraine.
