[He has a gut-feeling that lately, all the Englands and Frances have not been getting along. And Matthew, being the naive nation that he still is, has drawn a couple of stickfigures (note the beard and huge eyebrows to identify the two people on the paper) holding hands and smiling widely.

And yes, he will hand them to every England and/or France that happens to pass by. He's quite determined too, judging by the pout on his face.]
