[It was a meeting room, the kind that any modern Nation would be familiar with. Long rectangular table, comfortable chairs, swivel chairs to be precise, though there was none in the room at the moment to fill them. None save one.
He was sitting at the head of the table, if half-slumped and somewhat draped over the chair sideways with his legs hanging off one arm could be called sitting. The chair was spinning lightly as he took a sip from the tea cup in his hands, glancing amusedly at his surroundings. This was certainly not where he had been before. Where exactly it was, who knew? But he could sense not one, but several of his others roaming around. Interesting. Not that he cared.
He made a disgusted face as he swallowed his sip of tea.]
Feh. Was always too bloody proper for my tastes anyway.
[He flicked his wrist casually to the side sending the half-full tea cup crashing into the nearby wall. The saucer tumbled idly from his hand to join it's partner on the floor in pieces. He slumped a bit in the chair, fishing for the flask he always carried in his pocket. Looked like he was going to need it...]
