I'm not trying to sound condescending at all but unfortunately, that's life. When I first moved over here Pete and I lived in what was essentially a one bedroom studio and we had the equivalent of $40 a week to live on. You just manage. Even now I'm only making minimum wage so I know that frustration. I went to five years of college and can't seem to get anything here that will pay me a proper salary.

Once you can afford internet you can get all your TV and movies there.

Trust me... you'll be happier being on your own. You don't want to live with Mom for your entire adult life.

You'll be okay, sis. You really will. And you know Mom will always be there to help regardless of whether or not she says it.

*hugs*

I think we have all been there, penniless and living on Roman noddles. You will come back and acquire things again, money find it way to you some how but I know it is hard, I lived on the streets homeless for six months before I was able to rebound and dig myself out.

I'll miss you too babe.
But you know, you don't need broad band or DSL Internet to stay connected. You can get dial up dirt cheep these days, and some places you can even get free dial up Internet, which isn't great, but you'll still have e-mail, MSN / Yahoo access without any noticeable difference to broadband. I did a quick Google search and found a bunch of ISP's offering dial up in your area for under $10 / month.
